Fisherman's wharf in Monterey, CA

We got the kids cotton candy. I think it was the highlight of the day. JJ walked around eating his cotton candy like there was no one else around.

Joel's Grandpa has a bunch of fruit trees in his back yard. Luke could not get enough of Grandpa's oranges. He always had one in his hands... if not two. He would mostly be eating the rind.

The real reason behind the trip was that Joe's Grandma passed away.
The 3 Boys at Grandma Hazel's funeral.

Santa Cruz Beach boardwalk - We all got hand dipped corn dogs and went on the Carousel. We tried to play on the beach but it was really windy and we kept getting sandblasted.

The old Carousel that was built in 1911. The brass ring toss machine is still working. One of the only one's left in the US.

Back in Monterey we went to the Monterey Bay Aquarium. It was amazing and the kids really enjoyed it. There was so much to see and do.

Yeah! Back to posting---way to go Bryn! Looks like a fun trip. Sorry to hear that Joel's Grandma died.
P.S. So fun to see the 3 brothers together. I haven't seen Aaron or Danny in who knows how many years!
